One more reason to study in Scotland!

Scotland’s SALTIRE Scholarships (SSS) is a substantial programme of scholarships, offered on a matched funding basis between the Government and Scottish Higher Education Institutions. The scheme offers up to 200 awards, each worth £2000. These are towards the tuition fees, for any one year of study, on an Undergraduate, Masters or PhD.

The scholarships are available to CANADIAN students want to study in Scotland as part of a wider strategy to promote Scotland as a study destination.  The scholarships are designed to support the promotion of Scotland as a learning nation and a science nation and are therefore targeted at the priority sectors of:

  • Creative industries
  • Life sciences
  • Technology
  • Financial services
  • Renewable and clean energy

This includes a wide range of subjects across all of Scotland’s universities and higher education institutions.

Scotland’s universities already provide less expensive tuition fees compared to other international country student fees.   Tuition fees in Scotland are approximately £10,000.

As well,  students have the option to work part time while studying in Scotland.  Students can work up to 20 hours per week during term-time and full time during vacations.

Apply NOW to University of Dundee or Robert Gordon University.  Contact KOM Consultants for more details on programs at these two Scottish universities.
