The distinctive medical program contributes to the health and well being of Australians by producing doctors who are fully qualified, broadly skilled and ready to pursue a career as a specialist or General Practitioner. Deakin’s Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (BMBS) has a strong science foundation and an emphasis on the early development of clinical and procedural skills. Students seeking admission to this four-year, graduate-entry program must complete an undergraduate degree prior to entry.
