Australian Graduate Entry Law School programs are typically 3 years in length, but in certain cases may be fast tracked down to 2 years. Each individual Australian Law School has chosen what award title to grant upon graduation. Some Australian Law Schools award the Juris Doctor (JD) qualification, while others award the Bachelor of Laws (LLB). Graduates of either program are eligible to apply for professional licensing back in Canada.
Graduate Entry LLB programs in the UK are typically 2 years in length. In the UK graduate entry LLB programs are usually referred to as a Senior Status Bachelor of Laws (LLB). Most UK Law Schools offer students a Masters of Legal Laws (LLM) in 1 further year of study. Many students are now choosing the combined LLB and LLM over 3 years. Graduates of UK Senior Status Bachelor of Laws (LLB) are eligible to apply for professional licensing back in Canada.

UK Undergraduate Law programs are typically 3 years in length. Like in Australia, students can enter UK programs with high school qualifications or partial completion of an undergraduate degree. Graduates of an undergraduate Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the UK are eligible to apply for professional licensing back in Canada.
