Bond University’s Doctor of Physiotherapy offers an innovative problem-based learning model of physiotherapy education to prepare entry level physiotherapists for their roles and responsibilities as first contact practitioners. The program integrates the clinical, pathological and related sciences with the physiotherapy knowledge, skills and professional behaviours and attitudes required to examine, diagnose and treat physiotherapy clients.

Successful completion of a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Sports Science or Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Performance or Bachelor of Biomedical Science degree from Bond University, or equivalent degree from recognized institution with a minimum GPA of 2/4 or 5/7 (65%) or higher. Student will be required to meet the following prerequisites:
Students will also be required to successfully complete an interview. Usually done online.
Bond University’s Doctor of Physiotherapy has been accredited as an entry-level program by the Australian Physiotherapy Council and is listed as an approved program of study by The Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
Students wishing to license as a physiotherapist in Canada should contact the Canadian Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulators for procedures and accreditation procedures. The CAPR is the national federation of provincial/territorial regulators in Canada.
